Rent-ready checklist
- Property cleaned throughout
- Repairs finished and tested (water, power, locks, windows)
- Smoke alarm and gas safety checked where fitted
- Inventory with photos prepared
- Keys for every lock ready
- Utility meters read and noted
- Rent, advance months and deposit agreed in writing
